Niche perfume brand Matière Première closed 1.3 million euros in funding to help accelerate its development.
WHO: Matière Première, which translates into “Raw Material,” was launched in 2019 with six fragrances by seventh-generation perfumer-creator Aurélien Guichard. Each fragrance is created to highlight the natural ingredients in the formula and produced using sustainable practices. The brand has launched the seventh scent, distributed in 15 countries, including Germany, Belgium, Italy, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, and South Africa.
